Once you've registered, here's the selling process:

1. Create a submission on seller access for the shoes you want to sell.
2. Once item(s) received, we process and verify your sneakers' authenticity. We then list them across our network of selling channels.
3. When your item sells, you get paid on upcoming Thursday.

You can set the price of your item(s) however if we believe the item(s) is at an unreasonably high/low price point in comparison to market value, one of your dedicated account managers may suggest a lower/higher price.

Due to the limited capacity we may decline consignments to prioritise items that are priced to sell/accept items that are more likely to sell.

Payments for your sold items will be deposited into your nominated bank account on Thursdays.

All consignment returns are processed by our office team.

Once the return has been organised, we will email you for delivery.

Yes, you can ship your items to consign to us.

Please add a note with your consignor ID and title of your items / product SKU.

Unfortunately we do not take items without their original box. Every item must be in brand new condition without any flaws with its original box.

Yes, Prior provides shipping to your buyer if you've made a sale elsewhere. However, if your item has been consigned for less than 14 days, there will be an early termination fee of $20. For consignments beyond 14 days, the following pricing applies for shipping to your new buyer:

North Island: $10 (Booking fee) + $10 per item
South Island: $15 (Booking fee) + $10 per item

Unfortunately, all items must be submitted and approved through our portal before drop-off.

Not all of our store staff members are trained as buyers, and there may be times when our buyers are not available in the store.

However, our store staff members can assist you in onboarding to our portal to make your start with us more convenient.

You can apply for a tier promotion after reaching a certain number of sales with us.

Once achieved, this tier is yours to keep forever.
